Travel by car

Leave the Brenner motorway (A22) at Brixen-North and continue towards Pustertal/Bruneck. Turn right before the tunnel and continue to Mühlbach where a panoramic route takes you to Meransen.

From the east go via Lienz – Innichen or over the Staller Sattel pass towards Bruneck. Take the Pustertal road towards Mühlbach and then the panoramic route towards Meransen.

By rail

Brennerbahn Rail brings you from the north or south to the Franzensfeste/Fortezza junction. We are happy to collect you from here free of charge. If you would like your luggage to be delivered separately, contact Insam Express luggage transport!
Take the cable car from Meransen to Mühlbach. If you purchase a South Tyrol MobilCard you can access the region’s public transport for free. In addition the Museumobil Card gains you free entry to 80 museums in the region.
